QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM The Workers' Compensation Program has a full time external auditor dedicated to assuring that employees claims are handled in accordance with the workers' compensation law and the contractual agreement with Managed Care Innovations. When problems cannot be resolved with the MCI benefits coordinator and their management team, our ombudsman is available to evaluate your service issue for contract compliance.
