The Information Line
FBMC's 24-hour automated phone system is available to check on a claim, verify the qualifying mid-year event of your reimbursement account and request forms. All you need to get started is your Social Security Number (SSN). The last four digits of your SSN will be your first Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will be required to select a new PIN for future, confidential use .
Once you've selected a PIN, the system will give you options and guide you through a simple, step-by-step process to obtain the information you need. Call the Information Line at 1-800-865-FBMC (3262).
Online Customer Service Center
Online Customer Service and Account Information are available through FMBC’s home page at www.myFBMC.com. You can obtain general information on your account, review frequently asked questions regarding Reimbursement Accounts or download the FBMC forms. You can also send an e-mail to the Customer Service Unit. To access your personal account, you will enter your Social Security Number (SSN) as your Employee Number and the last four digits of your SSN as your temporary password. (If you have already used the Interactive Benefits telephone information line, the password you have chosen will be your password going forward.)
