Change Management Classes and Tutorials



Classes in Change Management

The classes that DHRM offers range from a 2-hour mini session to a full 2-day customized session. Classes include one based on the best-selling change book, "Who Moved My Cheese;" classes on what employees, managers, and executives need to know about change; and the 2-day class, Transitions - which takes the participants step-by-step through a major change in government (this can be customized to be the actual change the agency is dealing with, or a generic government case.).

Classes can be brought to your unit or agency; or employees can attend a class through Open Enrollment.
