Resources for Change and Change Management

We have listed a wide variety of resources for the employee and the agency, to assist in transition. These resources include a "Top Ten" link that includes several lists from coaches, counselors, and HRD professionals. We have also provided a bibliography of change-related books, and many links to articles on change and change management.

Assessments

It is helpful to assess the current condition of an organization before undergoing a major change. It is also helpful for an individual to know how they deal with change, and how ready they are to experience change. We have provided several links to assessments that are geared both toward the individual and the organization experiencing change.
